The Style Box by Socialbliss is one of my top two favorite subscription boxes.  Socialbliss keeps me well accessorized with today's trends and beauty products.  The Style Box is always carefully thought out and is one of the few companies that offers bonus items for their current customers.

 Boho Chic is the theme for this month's box.  The Style Box interpretation of this is a creative, open-minded thinker who lives a free spirited life and believes in style, freedom, and love.

 Bonus Gift ~ I usually miss out on the bonus codes, so I was super happy when I got in on this one.  It seems like most subscription companies only offer deals or bonuses to new customers in an effort to gain more subscribers.  Socialbliss shows their appreciation for their current customers by offering codes to get bonus items.  I love this concept - it makes me want to continue my subscription.  This month's bonus item was a package of assorted cosmetic sponges from The Creme Shop.  Even nicer - the bag is resealable.  

 The Peruvian Warrior Ring ~ Eek!  Awesome ring!  It's hand crafted from Peru with individually unique stones.  Subscribers got this ring in either onyx or cream.  I'm glad I got the black ring, because majority of my wardrobe is black!

 Magnetic Charm by Essie ~ Time to learn something new - how to get a snakeskin print with a magnet!  My polish color is SSSSSexy and is a wine tone.  The polish has iron in it for the magnet to work.  Make sure you shake the bottle vigorously because the iron settles on the bottom.  This will help ensure you get the snakeskin look.

 Ulta Super Shiny Lip Gloss ~ This is sparkly gloss in the shade Whisper 16.  It's a very pale -neutral pink and would look great over a bright lip color.  This gloss has lasted longer on my lips than most of my other lip glosses.

 In...Retro-Specs Sunglasses ~ Chic and fabulous!  These sunglasses have such a classy look to them.  I just got some new sunglasses for the summer, but I definitely like these so much better.  They are also UV protected.

 Fated Bliss Kimono Wrap ~ This wrap was designed by Fate exclusively for Socialbliss.  It can be worn a number of ways.  At first I thought it was a scarf, but it actually has arm holes so you can wear it as a vest.  It's very versatile and can be worn many different ways.  The kimono wrap makes use of this season's monochrome hues.  I can't wait to wear #FatedBliss this summer because it is very light and provides a little more coverage when you want it.

The Style Box is a one-of-a-kind subscription service!  The company even sends emails asking for feedback.  I really love how Socialbliss listens to their subscribers.  They consistently send boxes of superb quality and branding.  This box is definitely worth every penny!

Socialbliss Style Box Review May 2014

 I think the Socialbliss Style Box needs to be a weekly box!  This is always one of my monthly highlights!  #TheStyleBox rocks!  They've added a cute logo sticker this month to the wrapping.

Socialbliss does an excellent job explaining the products and giving "how to" tips.  This month's designer spotlight is Fusion Beauty.  It sounds like they are a more scientific skin care/beauty company.  If so, they probably have great products that deliver true results.

 Wrist-Bliss Hair Ties ($4) ~ This gold-toned, polka dotted hair tie was exclusively designed for the Socialbliss Style Box.  You can use it as a hair tie or bracelet.  I believe this design will not tug, tangle, or leave crease marks in your hair.  

 The Creme Mini Eyelash Curler ($7) ~ I've been looking for one of these!  I'm Korean and have extremely straight eyelashes.  This little device is designed to curl those hard-to-reach lashes.  The box says that the foam pad should last about three months.  It even has a replacement pad.  It will go great with my Latisse and Blinc!

 The Creme Shop Cleansing Towelettes ($4) ~ These face wipes are safe for most skin types due to the lack of irritating skin agents.  This is a great complement to the LiftFusion, as I will be using the two together!

 Spa Package ($15) ~ This spa set has 6 items.  It comes with an exfoliating back scrubber, a loofah sponge, mesh pouf sponge, two other exfoliating items, and a back massager.  The clear storage case is also nice.

 Izzy & Ali Coin Purse ($39) ~ Who knew vegan felt so luxurious!  The tassel adds the nicest finishing touch to this case.  I think I'll use it to store my shopping coupons.  I hate how messy they get in my purse.

 LiftFusion Micro-Injected M-Tox Transdermal Facelift by Fusion Beauty ($140) ~ Here is the main event!  This product boasts visibly firm, smooth, wrinkle-free skin, immediately!  What woman doesn't want this?  It's made with gaba and ha, an anti-wrinkle blend that smooths, fills, and firms fine lines and wrinkles.  You can find this product on Amazon for $14 from other retailers, but I would prefer buying it directly from Fusion Beauty.  The Amazon reviews said it smelled funny, which mine does not.  It feels like silk and  doesn't have a very distinctive smell at all.  Therefore, I don't necessarily trust the Amazon sellers and their low prices.

The Style Box by Socialbliss is $39.95 plus shipping each month.  I get the three month subscription for a discounted price.  They are also working on adding more subscription options.  I LOVE this box and look forward to it each month!

Socialbliss Style Box Review April 2014

After receiving this box, I feel more prepared for a girls' night out!  This month's Socialbliss Style Box values at $206. I'm signed up for the three month subscription, which makes each box $35 plus shipping and handling.  I'm getting a great deal!  :-) 

 This is the second month in a row that they have featured a quote from a famous fashionista.  Love it!

 Every item is perfectly explained in writing.  The Socialbliss staff also includes a "how to" section for each product.  This is great info for those trying to become trendier!  There is also one full page dedicated to the spotlighted designer.

 Izzy & Ali Socialite's Night Out Bag ($129) ~ I love the color grey and am so glad I got this clutch!  It has a very classy look and actually holds a lot.  It even came with a dust bag.  Izzy and Ali is an L.A. based handbag manufacturer that creates luxurious, vegan handbags.  That's right folks, no cows were harmed in the making of this bag!  This designer can be found in Nordstrom boutiques and Von Maur stores.  

 Stella Girls Night Out Nail Art Kit ($7) ~ Sparkles!  I guess even nails need a little bling.  There are a lot of little shiny gems in this package.  Looking forward to trying these out!

 The Little Black Compact ($5) ~ This isn't your boring flat compact!  The flower design makes this compact flirty and fun.  Inside is a regular mirror and a magnifying mirror.  It's also easy to find when fumbling around in my purse!

 Touch of Sparkle Cubic Zirconia Earrings ($50) ~ These earrings are rhodium plated in the color gold and made with cubic zircons.  One of mine broke while taking it out of the box.  I don't think it's repairable either.  

 Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara ($15) ~ This is a nice mascara!  I've worn it all day and it still looks good.  It has unique peptides that provide a deep, intense black shade to your eyelashes.  The brush has thick bristles and a unique hourglass shape.  This mascara helps your lashes look full, defined, and long.

The April 2014 Style Box by Socialbliss is full of exciting, fun products to help women look and feel fabulous!  My favorite item is the Izzy & Ali clutch.  I'm looking for a great chance to use it!

Socialbliss Style Box Review ~ February 2014

It's here.  The Socialbliss Style Box is here!  This box contained six trendy and usable items.  Let's look inside the February shipment-of-style.

This is the first glance inside the box.  I love it when a subscription company puts a lot of effort into the packaging.  The box is nicely designed and the crinkle paper is fun.  The black ribbon adds a bit of elegance to the package.  

Inside is a detail card with explanations of the items.  There is also a designer spotlight on Stephie Tchamanian, creator of Lili Claspe Jewelry.  Both January's and February's Style Box jewelry designers have a special story of how loved ones inspired them.  I think it is great that Socialbliss has promoted two designers who create from the heart.  The detail card also gives you "How To" tips for maximum use of your new "Bliss".  

Galena Bliss Ring ($55) ~ I received the silver electroplated handmade "Galena Bliss" statement ring.  It is decorated with clusters of crushed Galena mineral, which provides layers of purple and blue sparkles.  This ring will add pizzazz to everyday wear or complement formal attire.  Designed exclusively for the Style Box, you will not find it on the Lili Claspe website.  However, there is a similar ring available for purchase.  Lili Claspe jewelry has been spotted on Christina Aguilera, Pink, Paulina Rubio, and other stars.  I like that it is adjustable.  

Vinotherapy Face Mask by Naisture ($3) ~ I always knew wine was good for you.  Here's the proof!  Red wine has a compound called resveratrol which removes active oxygen as an anti-oxidant and aids in cell renewal.  You leave the mask on for 10 - 15 minutes.  That means I can't be disturbed for 10 - 15 minutes!  Can't wait to use this and rock the Phantom of the Opera look!

Inked In Stylus Pen ($10) ~ My last stylus pen was not as pretty as this one.  This is very feminine, which I love!  The stylus works great on my phone.  The ink is black and writes smoothly.  This fits well in my new wallet, so hopefully I won't lose it.

Go Matte Polish by S.he ($4) ~ In this bottle is a matte finish bright purple-pink polish.  The shade is called Pink Smudge and is influenced by this year's color of the year, radiant orchid.  I need to hide this from my daughter!

Fleur De Wallet ($45) ~ This is an embossed wallet in a deep purple shade.  The outside covering is a patent material, which will be easy to keep clean.  It comes with a wristlet strap, which I love.  There are 8 card slots, several places to stash money, an area for change, and other open places for a check book and reward cards.  Very roomy!

Radiance Scarf ($22) ~ This scarf is vibrant and soft.  A chevron pattern is embedded in the scarf with this season's on-trend shades of radiant orchid, cream, and pumpkin.  This accessory will add warmth and glamour to your everyday outfit!

This month's Style Box did not have a themed title.  I believe I will call it "Be Radiant" based on this year's Pantone color of the year, radiant orchid.  All of the products except the stylus pen have a "purple" hue.  Overall, I'm beyond pleased with this box and am very glad I purchased a 3-month subscription.  The value of this box is $139 and I paid $42.95.

Socialbliss Style Box

Once again we have another snow day.  Once again I have signed up for another subscription box.  I requested an invite for the Socialbliss Style Box on January 29th.  I received my approval on February 3rd.  Not a long wait at all.  So I treated myself to a three month subscription for Valentine's Day!

Socialbliss shipped their first Style Box last month and was valued at approximately $150.  This monthly box contains trendy fashion accessories and lifestyle products.  The website says all boxes will be valued over $100.  If you subscribe monthly, the cost is $39.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling (total $47.90).  You can also choose the three month plan and save $15.  I went with this option and paid $128.85.

I really loved the January box and wish I could have gotten my hands on one!  It was a Rock Star themed box.  It contained a detail card and four items: a fedora, studded clutch, makeup palette, and an awesome bullet necklace.  The necklace is so unique and valued at $60, which more than pays for the box.  I really could have rocked out the makeup and necklace!

There are soooo many subscription boxes for women, but this one stood out for me.  They have a great website that helps you find the latest styles so you can stay up-to-date.  Living in Kentucky, fashion trends seem to show up a little late.  :)  I think this box will have those little splurges that I've always wanted to buy, but never do.  I'm hoping the Style Box will help me cope with my late 30's!  Come back for pictures of next month's box!
