Quarterly Co. GQ Box Review March 2015 #GQQ03

My #GQQ03 made it through snowmageddon!  GQ's third Quarterly box helps subscribers execute the perfect romantic night in.  I think of it more as an "impress the ladies" box, but it is well curated and everything ties well to the theme.
#GQQ03

Watermint Gin Facial Cleanser
Step 1: Clean Yourself Up
Blind Barber created this specially-formulated face cleanser to be gentle enough on your skin, yet strong enough to remove excess dirt and oil build up.  It smells great and comes with an awesome tagline: "removes the dirt, leaves the handsome".

Lite + Cycle Urban Forest Candle
Step 2: Set the Mood
Oh my, this is a delightful candle!  It's made with non-GMO vegetable wax, 100% from plants and essential oils.  The scent, cedar, fennel, and fir is inspired by the wildlife found in urban forests.  I love the innovation behind this candle.

Surfing Photographs from the Seventies
Step 3: Make the Lady Wait
Give your lady something to do while she waits for your greatness.  Let her thumb through this coffee table book by Jeff Divine.  Divine does an excellent job capturing the essence of the invincible surfer during the 70's.

Mast Brothers Sea Salt & Chocolate Bar
Mast Brothers Chocolate Bar ~ ($10)
Step 4: Feed the Lady Chocolate
This is an indulgent Sea Salt Chocolate bar from Mast Brothers.  It's perfect to share with your date.  The bitter dark chocolate paired with sea salt is truly an artisanal delight.

Pearly Wipes
 Pearly Wipes ~ ($6.95)
Step 5: Clean Up Your Kisser
Refreshing and cleansing!  I really like these peppermint flavored wipes.  They alleviate damage from coffee & tea stains and fight bad breath.  Borracha also makes Wine Wipes, which are definitely worth looking into.

GQ Quarterly Co. Box
The value of this box is around $110 and the actual cost is $100.  I think GQ does an excellent job choosing interesting and useful items for Quarterly.  My husband and I will use everything in the box, which makes the box 100% worth the money.
