We're going to take a trip back to the 70's for this review!  I bring you Wil Wheaton's first curation for Quarterly Co.  His four boxes for 2015 will reflect his life loves and interests through the decades: the 70's, 80's, 90's, and 00's.  

 Wil's letter doesn't follow the typical Quarterly format, but that's really not surprising.  He does a wonderful job explaining each addition.

My #GQQ03 made it through snowmageddon!  GQ's third Quarterly box helps subscribers execute the perfect romantic night in.  I think of it more as an "impress the ladies" box, but it is well curated and everything ties well to the theme.

Time to organize and declutter with the #UCL06!  Unclutterer curates boxes for Quarterly Co. with an emphasis on home and office organization.  Subscriptions are $50 a quarter.  

 #UCL06 highlights the little, off-the-wall items that make life easier.

2015 brings a new box for fashionistas.  It's called Lilee and is full of beauty and lifestyle products thoughtfully curated for the everyday woman.  I love Felicity Fromholz's idea to make the box reusable and unbranded.

Quarterly Co. GQ Box Review November 2014 #GQQ02

The Quarterly Co. box curated by GQ has exceeded expectations again!  This is a $100 box that is shipped every three months or so.  The value is over $120.  

 #GQQ02 equipped subscribers with essentials for upcoming holiday parties.  I liked GQ's concept for this box.  All of the items stuck to the coherent theme.  

Quarterly Co. Bill Nye Box Review December 2014 #NYE04

This is Bill Nye's fourth Quarterly Co. box.  His book, Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation, was released last month.  In conjunction with the book, #NYE04 is themed around evolution.  

Quarterly Co. Nina Garcia Box Review November 2014 #NGQ04

The #NGQ04 from fashion expert Nina Garcia has arrived!  This box was curated with the idea of looking good while keeping warm.  Quarterly Co. offers this box for $100 and the approximate value of #NGQ04 is $260!

 I think this box has a very edgy feel to it and is perfect for those in their 20's and 30's.  Tell me your thoughts in the comments.

 Bill's letter states that inside we'll find things that harness nature's power and sheds light on how to live green.  Let's see what he means!

Quarterly Co. Brittney Palmer Box Review August 2014 #BPQ01

The very first Brittney Palmer curated box from Quarterly Co. has made it into homes!  Just like the Harry Shum Jr. box, this is one that both my husband and I enjoyed.  #BPQ01 is $50 every quarter and is curated by UFC octagon girl, Brittney Palmer.  Quarterly's website states that she loves art, culture, and fitness, which piqued my interest.

Brittney wanted to share her favorite summer party essentials, which include music, poolside fun, and cold beverages!  There were four items inside the box, as well as a playlist that is available on Spotify.  The playlist features 8 songs perfect for carefree summer fun!

I surprised my husband with the first Quarterly Co. box curated by GQ.  The #GQQ01 box was inspired by "The GQ Smell-Better-Than-Ever Tool Kit" from the June 2014 issue.  This is such a manly box!  Everything inside smells wonderful!

Nina Garcia really knows how to curate a box!  Every three months she teams up with Quarterly Co. to send out a box full of fantastic beauty and fashion items.  This box, #NGQ03,  has a Brazilian theme and is very summer oriented.

HOLY JACKPOT!!!!!  I don't know how Nina Garcia is going to top this box!  The #NGQ02 celebrates Nina Garcia's fifth year anniversary with Marie Claire.  She curated a celebration box full of beauty products, accessories, and home items.  The value of this box is beyond tremendous!

This box is EPIC!  I wish Quarterly Co. would make this a monthly box!

Muy Cool T-Shirt by Spenglish ($50) ~ This is a special edition collaborative T-shirt designed especially for #NGQ02 subscribers!  Nina's signature is on the tag.  Most of the Spenglish V-neck shirts are $50 on the website.  Some are $25, $40, and $49, but I went with the $50 guess since this is a special edition T-shirt (probably worth more).  It's a very soft shirt and will be a nice addition to my wardrobe.

Sterling Silver Shark Tooth Necklace ($100) ~ This is a very delicate and bright necklace by designer Sara Beltran.  The hand-woven Mexican tassel makes it very unique.  I can't wait to wear this!  The necklace is from Sara's Dezso collection, which is Latin for desire.

 O.P.I. Nail Lacquer in Greenade by #NG ($9) ~ This is a fun color created by O.P.I. exclusively for Nina and her subscribers.  The perfect shade for the month of March and springtime!  The polish could be worth more since it is another NG exclusive.

C Wonder Bangle ($34) ~ The Delicate Pave Elephant Cuff comes in 14K gold plate and will surely add elegance to any outfit.  The elephants' trunks are raised in a symbol of good luck.  It's so dainty and sparkly!  The open feature of the bracelet makes it easy to take off and on.

 Revive's Moisturizing Renewal Serum, 6ml ~ This serum boosts the skin's natural renewal process using RES technology and the Hydration Repair Complex.  It reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and repairs skin damaged from environmental agents.  Most websites sell the 30 ml bottle for $235 (which means $235/30ml = $7.83/ml; $7.83 x 6ml = $46.98 approximate value).  

 Wallet from Charming Charlie ($15) ~ This is a slip up flap wallet in a radiant floral print.  It's very roomy and well designed.  There is plenty of room inside for money, a checkbook, credit cards, change, and more!  Great spring accessory!

Lafco New York Soap in Fresh Cut Gardenia ($17) ~ This is a luxury soap with a bright floral scent.  The soap is made with a 100% vegetable base and is enriched with olive oil and sweet almond oil.  This bar is very big and fragrant!

 Tom Ford's Jasmin Rouge Perfume Sampler ($5.95) ~ This promo-sized spray provides a little snippet of Tom Ford's spiced floral fragrance.  It smells great and I know this will go fast!

 Time in a Bottle by Philosophy ($74) ~ This is my favorite item in the box!  I love face cream and this is an awesome product.  Time in a Bottle targets your skin's DNA and helps it appear radiant, poreless, even, wrinkle-free, smooth, and firm.  I really needed this!

 Bonne Mine Compact from Laura Mercier ($48) ~ This is a universal compact designed to "wake up" your skin and give it a healthy glow.  There are step-by-step instructions and pictures!  The compact includes 1 bronzer, 2 cheek colors, and 2 highlighters.  100% of the proceeds go to the Laura Mercier Ovarian Cancer Fund.  

Donkey Co. Nina Special Edition Pret-a-Portea ~ I didn't know tea bags could be so fashionable!  There are two classic tea blend tea bags in this package.  It's a special edition set to honor Nina's 5th anniversary at Marie Claire.  You can find more designer tea bags from Donkey on their website or at Amazon.  Not sure of the price, because I didn't feel like trying to convert currency.  

X-Pen Ballpoint Pen ($35) & Graphic Image Pocket Notes Notebook ($46) ~ I love the weight and feel of this customized pen!  Nina Garcia's autograph adorns the barrel and features a classic style.  X-Pens focus on high-quality, state-of-the-art technology, and excellent value.

The Pocket Notes Notebook is a leather-covered, pocket-sized journal.  Its 3 x 5 size makes it the perfect companion for your purse or Charming Charlie wallet!  The cover is beautiful!  It is a soft, full-grain, calfskin leather.  Nina had these notebooks personalized for all of your fashion notes.  Personalization for the notebooks is $10 extra.

 Happy Chic Picture Frame by Jonathan Adler ($12) ~ Nina is a resident style voice at JC Penney and this piece reflects her work with the company.  The trendy frame holds a 4 x 6 picture.  I love the design!  This design can also be found on a Jonathan Adler decorative pillow.

Fausto Puglisi Collage ~ This collage was created by fashion designer, Fausto Puglisi, to commemorate Nina's 5th year celebration with Marie Claire.  It's a very patriotic, bold collage!  What an honor for a designer to create a special collage for you!

Marie Claire March 2014 ($4.99) ~ Happy Anniversary Nina!  This is on tomorrow's reading list!

I've enjoyed reading all 7 pages of descriptions included in this box.  #NGQ02 definitely celebrates five years of hard work and dedication.  Nina Garcia has really curated a special one-of-a-kind box.

I wish this was a monthly box!  This box was $100 through Quarterly Co.  My price estimations must be wrong, because I'm figuring the value of this box is $500!!!!  It was hard to figure some of the prices, so I'm sure someone will set me straight in the comments below.  If it is worth $500, then WOW - Awesome BOX!  Now it's time for me to go enjoy the box!  Can't wait to start looking younger and trendier!
